    What's the difference in application to revoke or application to acceralte? And which one is worse?

    Basically, they wanna put you BACK in jail.. The words they use don't matter much.

    They are really two different terms. Application to accelerate (the correct spelling) is for deferred sentence, where if you meet the terms then there is no conviction or record.

    To revoke is a probation term where you failed to meet the terms of probation and will have to appear before judge to see if probation will be revoked.

    Revoke is not normally a term used for a deferred sentence. **Although it can be in some locations.
