Looks like the CW 3/4" line supplies 2 things, maybe a refrigerator water line. What is the flex line on the right of the picture? Doesn't look like a new install with ABS piping.
The flex line actually goes from the hot to a touch sensitive faucet control that is outside the picture. The supply lines are inside of an island so I don't know if they would go back to the refrigerator but that might make more sense.
Actually, you have only two supplies under sink....
Basics of slab plumbing. You rough it in in "loops" - from wall to wall. In your case, 3/4" pipe brings water in, splits into two 1/2" outlets. One outlet stays, the other one continues (under slab) to feed another plumbing fixture.
The other 1/2" copper pipe ( on the left ) is end of the run, and is most-likely hot water supply
Hope that explains

Sometimes it's the only way to feed a hosebib. Could that be it?
SHEPLUMBER70,
Please start taking note of the date of post.
This post is 7 months old.
Was curious if they would let me know if that's what it was. Thank you
SHEPLMBR70: it is a island sink hook up / slab floor installation. Single copper pipe on the left is hot water, cold manifold is on the right. ABS drain with trap in the middle. That one 1/2" copper pipe that continues back to the slab can go to any cold water outlet pass the sink
Hope that explains
