My ac unit won't get cold, the fan and blower works but it doesn't get cool, I notice that there is a build up of frost on the coils on the outside of the furnace, What is the possible problem

Restricted airflow or low refrigerant levels both can cause this. If your air filter isn't clogged up... call for a HVAC service visit.
