    Should I be concerned?
45 year old woman had tubal done 24 years ago. I'm currently 7 days late for my period. Never missed or been late before. Should I be concerned about possible pregnancy?

Very unlikely, but not impossible. It is far more likely that you are starting perimenopause which can go on for a number of years before actual menopause.

You can always try a pregnancy test to ease your mind.

Thank you, I guess I'll have to get a pregnancy test

I hit menopause at 50; at least that's when my period just stopped. No symptoms, nothing. Each of us is different of course.
