7 months pregnant with Thyriod problem, has swelling top of spinal chord, It has pain and swelled since 10days. Is it danger.

Please guide us.

Your OB/Gyn or your regular doctor will treat this. I don't think the thyroid has anything to do with but I can't say for sure. Lower back pain is common in the latter stages of pregnancy. Since you're concerned enough with this to get help I would schedule an appointment to it checked out quickly.
