Assalaamualaikum I'm a muslim women. My husband is not an Islamic person he has a lot of bad habits a chain smoker stays away completely at nights gambling and many other hidden habits I don't know much I'm married to him for 6long years with 3 kids of 4 and twins of about 2 respectively. I have a proposal of a religious man from a religious family who agrees to adopt my kids and marry me. But I want to know whts right according to islam. Plzz give your feed back urgent

You knew he was not of your faith when you married him. You have a duty and obligation to him. You should not even be talking to other men ( that is a serious issue)

Where in the world are you? The counsel of your own local leader may lead in you in right direction, and you may be able to seek a legal divorce through your own legal system. Jumping from one man to another however may not be your best option, and certainly cheating on your husband was not a good thing either.
