I had my period on the 1/7/15 (periods regular) and started with brown spotting on the 15/7/15 started with cramps on the 16/7/15 but that's settled now but the brown discharge is more than spotting now. On the pill (CERELLE) been on this before never had anything like this before. Can anyone help?

It's possible that it is merely midcycle discharge which can be common with birth control pills. Even if it didn't happen when you used Cerelle before, it may be how your body is reacting to it now, or at least for this cycle. How long have you been on Cerelle this time?
The change in hormone levels, caused by birth control pills, is also a frequent cause for irregular bleeding or spotting for many women.

Sometimes these effects get better with continued and consistent use of the pills. Sometimes it is a fairly regular occurrence. If there is no other symptom, itching, foul odor for example, it is likely due to the pills. If anything else is going on, or it continues, you can always check with your doctor to rule out any concern.
