    Pipe leak
I had asked this question regarding pipe leak before but I lost the answer. I was told to use teflon tape and Oatey Great White pipe joint compound but I forget how much of each

Threaded pressure pipe use either or both. Coat the threads generously. Wrap 3-4 turns of Teflon tape, in the direction of the way it tightens. If it is a drain pipe, not pressurized, it will have a friction fitting or be solvent base cemented.
