After being denied my disability benefits three years ago can I make another claim even its been three years ago Etna insurance company

What was the reason you were disqualified ? I don't know how you would expect us to answer not knowing the circumstances of the claim. Why don't you ask Aetna to reconsider and If not respect their decision.

If your claim was denied, it appears that is final, unless you take whoever Aetna insured (your employer, perhaps?) to court. Did you consult with an attorney back then?
