Kind of an awkard qestion but just worried as one on my nipple on my breast is always inverted and when I tap on it, it takes a while to come out but it's like odd looking with like on the nipple it's got like loads of spots and had white stuff in it and smelt werid? Is it just an odd nipple?

It could be nothing more than an inverted nipple, which is normal. However, the "spots and white stuff" isn't normal. You need to see a doctor.
