I had my mestural cycle and it dtopped on day three, then on day 4 it was a brownish red , then stopped, and then day 5 it was a small amount and was bright red. Now over a week later, I am experiencing discharge, lower back aches and extreme fatigue.. What does this mean?

You had a wonky period. Is there in any reason you might be having wonky periods? Illness? Drugs? Medications?

Are you having unprotected sex? We need a little more history before we can give advice. Given what you said the best we can do is suggest that, if you're still concerned, make an appointment with your OB and get their opinion on it.
