    Can I use nj-1040NR
I was in US from 2006-01-01 to 2007-01-28 on L1 visa. I am a citizen of India. Also, I was working in NY and was staying in NJ for the whole year. Which form to use in this case.
Which form I should use for state tax - NJ-1040NR or NJ-1040

    Thanks for all your help.

    Regards.

    Form NJ-1040.

New Jersey will consider you a New Jersey resident regardless of yourvisa status UNLESS you are a student, which you are not.
