When my refrigerator starts up, the ceiling fan comes on, this just started happening. Not a new fan or refrigerator

Without a Wigi board or a crystal ball there is not much we can do with the information you have provided.

It could be a "White Noise" RFI issue. Something in the startup of the refrigerator's motor is now generating noise on the same frequency as the fan. A quick test would be to use the DIP switches on the fan and remote to change the fan's freqs.

Or it could be that a neighbor has installed a fan with the same freqs as your fan and it has nothing at all to do with refrigerator at all.

A little more information is required. It could be as donf posted or as complicated as a wiring issue in your home. If you are certain that is happens ONLY when the refrigerator starts up, I'd guess you have a wiring issue. Does the fan work normally at other times? Do you have a remote for this fan? Have you changed anything else or added any other appliances or lights?
