My last menstrual period was may 28 on June 3-9 I had a partner who says didn't ejaculate inside and the 11-15 another partner who ejaculated inside on the 13-14-15 and took generic brand of plan b on the 15 or 16 who could I got pregnant from ?

Could happen from either. Depends on when you ovulated. Neither situation will provide you with 100% protection.
