Apparently there is a New 5 Cycle Fuel Consumption Ratings Method replacing the old 2 Cycle method,(City / Highway) which takes effect for the 2015 Model Year.. The Cruces of the whole deal is the Canadian Govt. has now taken into consideration the Air Conditioner Running , Heater on Full Blast, and people Generally cruising a bit Faster, Bla Bla Bla.. lol.. My Query is , Does anyone know the New Method of Calculating Your Fuel Consumption on your Present Vehicle.. Cheers Thanks.

Was curious with this New 5 Cycle Testing Theory from the Government if there was a New Way of Calculating MPG is all?? I'm still Old School ,I convert the Distance from Kilometers to Miles & Litres to Gallons...

What they are doing is trying to make it a consistent measurement across the board. Most milage calculations were way off as everyone had different conditions they were using.

It looks like they are trying to bring some realistic numbers to the table.

Beat's Me , Government bringing Realistic Numbers to the Table.. lol.. So I guess aside from whether the Heater is on Full Blast in the Winter or the Air Conditioning in the Summer or Pulling a Trailer , Stop & Go Traffic , So On & So On... Doesn't Change Dividing Gallons bought at the Pumps Into the Miles Driven between Fuel Ups to Arrive at Your Miles Per Gallon ???

It seems to be about the factory stickers and bringing some consistency to the numbers.
