At once three time talaaq complete or not

They can live together as husband wife or not

In a few parts of the world, it is accepted by the Muslim faith to do the talaaq, all three at the same time. But in most of the world, there is a required waiting period between each of the announcements because of Quran 65:1.

So this issue will depend on the acceptance, or non acceptance of this by your local leaders. Also marriage in many parts of the world, is a legal issue for civil court and religious rules are not binding on the civil marriage.
