Shower head almost no flow but handheld portion works fine. It seems to have temperature problems also (gets colder could be due to lack of water pressure). Again, handheld is fine. The pull up diverted seems stiff also. Replaced 3 piece prong didn't help. Any help would be appreciated!

Remove shower head. Run water w/o shower head installed. See if you get good flow. Then, look inside the threaded end of shower head and remove any debris there is. Clean it thoroughly especially if there is a flow reducer present. Flush it with garden house. Reinstall. See if that helped
