Why is there a loud noise in pipes after toilet flush?

If the noise is only in the toilet and no other fixture, it could be a bad flush valve or loose washer in the angle stop. Give us a little more info.

Is that vibration noise ? If so, Close and Open valve under the toilet. See if that helps
