Key won't turn in ignition

Hi sheila, have you tried moving the steering wheel from side to side as you try turning key?

Also, try spraying the inside of the ignition key lock with WD-40.

If the key is significantly worn, you may need to have a replacement key cut. I would not recommend simply making a copy because it may not be accurate. Have your local dealer cut your new key from your VIN. Just take your current registration in and most of the time they can take care of it while you wait.
