Where is the fuel pressure regulator on a 1992 s10 blazer, mine is running rough and the smell of fuel is very extreme, si suspect the diaphragm has gone bad and raw gas is leaking into the manifold but don't know where to find it.

The smell of gas most likely isn't the fuel regulator . Although it wasn't a bad guess. What has gone bad and is likely the culprit is what a lot of people refer to as the spider injector. You'll find it under the plemum of your intake manifold. This thing is known for going bad and gas just pours down the cylinder. My advice is don't drive this vehicle until you get that replaced. About 200.00 and change.
