Movie Title Sequence and Commercial Identification
I wish to identify a movie, probably made in the 1960s, whose memorable opening title sequence depicted a thin red line or lines that rapidly moved up, down, and haphazardly squiggled across the screen like a fast-moving arrow on a white background, accompanied simultaneously by a suction or sucking noise.

The red line randomly swerved around and over both a car and name credits, then red splotches would appear, accompanied by a splat sound that represented spilled paint or blood. After about seven minutes, this sequence ended when the thin red line (perhaps representing a pipe or a hose?) suddenly became thicker and expanded so the entire screen image eventually turned red, then the movie began.

This film sporadically appeared on the 4:30 Movie in New York City during the early-1970s. Could this possibly be a title sequence designed by Saul Bass and/or used in a Disney movie?

Similar imagery was used on the television horror series "Thriller" (1960-1962), "Sesame Street - Linear Thinking" in 1969, and in 2007 on both the “Nissan Red Line Sale” and CRW commercials. Can you identify this movie?

Additionally, I wish to identify a commercial, movie or episode scene, perhaps a pre-1971 anti-smoking public service announcement (PSA). It showed a man's hand putting out a lit cigarette on a woman's bare back or shoulder, with smoke coming out of the hole. If memory serves, this scene was in black-and-white.
