    Legal or not?
Is it illegal for your old probation officer to enter into their past clients home without them present after they been violated and sentanced to finsh their term of sentancing in prison till discharge date

It all depends on the exact legal issue. Yes in some cases it can be. The issue is why did they enter, and how long ago was it, they have already been transferred to prison

It would depend on why you were violated, and the original charges that were brought against you. You have not provided enough information and there is obviously a lot more to this story. Simply being violated and sent to jail doesn't end the parole officers job in many cases.

    Interesting question.

I assume that the PO didn't have a search warrant. Did the PO find any evidence of a crime, etc.?

And who is in possession of the premises, now that the owner is in prison? It appear that that person's rights have been violated, but unless incriminating evidence was discovered, I don't know that any damages have been sustained.
