Im confused..
So I took four pregnancy tests that I got from the dollar store and they came back positive, but yesterday I bought a pack of clear blue digital tests and they were negative. What? Im going to get checked at a women's place Monday, but I'm pretty sure I did the tests wrong so maybe that's why I got the negative results.

That is not a particularly fertile time, right after your period. Typically the best time for ovulation is 12-15 days before a period. There are physical tests you can use to best determine ovulation. Some people wait years for children, my wife got pregnant the first month after we were married.

Tests can vary on their sensitivity, so some will pick up a pregnancy sooner than others. Did you read the results on the positive tests within the time stated? Often about 3 minutes. On some tests, if you look at them later you could see what appears to be a faint positive.

Yes I read them within the time, I stayed in the bathroom and waited for the results, and four came out positive

I would like advice at this time. I am 19 turning 20 in a few months. Yes I am young, but I've been trying to have a baby with my fiancée of four years with no luck. I was told I had a UTI but never truly gotten it treated. (I know that's bad) but now I have taken four (cheap) dollar store pregnancy tests and they all were positive. But then I took two clear blue digital tests, both were negative. (Possibly done those two wrong) I then went to a place called "A Woman's Place" and had another urine test done, it too was negative. They said that it could be too early for their tests to pick up on and to come back in a week or two. My last menstrual cycle was May 18-21 (last month) & I had unprotected sex a day after my period. I really am wanting a baby, and would like to know what you think. And lastly, I've had ZERO std's! But thank you and god bless.

Best urine tests are done, two weeks AFTER.. you miss a period. Not before.

If you test, it should always be first thing in the morning, as soon as you wake up.

Sex the day after a cycle ends is not a "prime" time, and if you really want to get pregnant, you should be tracking your actual ovulatoin date by medical testing, to determine when the time for sex is best.

Since you were trying to get pregnant at 15, I think you really need to consider why you want a pregnancy, Are you and your boyfriend living together ? A baby is much better after you have lived together a few years, to give the relaitonship time.

False positives are rare, but dollar store tests aren't as great as other tests. False positives can happen, but it's rare.

How late is your period? When you tested did you use first morning urine? It could be that it's too early to test. I'd wait another week, then try testing again. If that test is negative, wait and see what happens when your next period is due. If you miss it, test again or get a blood test done.

For now you should treat yourself like you're pregnant. No alcohol, stop smoking if you do, start taking prenatal vitamins, no hot baths, etc. etc.
