    Indiana Probation Drug Testing
In Marion county you have to call 317-327-DRUG everyday to see if you have to report, I forgot to call before the testing location opened and called after and I was supposed to report. I don't know what to do, I'm clean! If I go to a lab or the hospital and get tested will that cover me to prove I was clean? I can't get ahold of my probation officer or my lawyer, I work two jobs and have 3 kids. I'm paying for my mistake from getting my second DUI in less than 5 years, but I cannot take care of my family in jail if this violates me! Please help if anyone can asap!

There is no such thing as a make-up drop so you must submit the drug screen when you are instructed to...............Please note, if you report after the lab has closed for the day, you will be reported as having missed a drop and you will receive a sanction.
You have little choice but to contact the office during business hours, and that goes for the attorney also. You may be given further instructions tomorrow morning. I hope you have a better excuse than you forgot though, (ALL DAY????).

Although there have been cases lately of parents tragically leaving infants in cars all day. Forgetfulness happens, unfortunately.

And many of them end up in jail because of it. At least around here they do.
