    Drain pipe leaked on ground
I live in a trailer our kitchen drain pipe came undone and leaked all under the trailer for months. I alerted my landlord and they insisted there was no smell and must be something else. I finally ripped down the makeshift skirting and found the disconnected pipe. The smell is so foul under the trailer and now there are nats flying everywhere and it smells awful. My landlord says just keep the boards removed to allow it to dry out. What dangers can we be in by breathing this in and living above this

Open sewer is health hazard. First, fix the pipe. Yes, leave the skirt open to allow it to dry. I have seen people spraying dry powder lime over the spill. That will speed up drying. Once dry, I would spread thin layer of sand over it.
