I want to install a water pump in my camper. My camper has never had one so I need to wire it. It comes as 12 volt (Black and red wire) how can I make that into a plug in, or how do I wire it directly to the campers main breaker box?

That is 12 volts, probably DC. You can use this off the battery but most campers have 120 volts AC and you can't wire it into the breaker. Depending on the pump draw, you can use a voltage converter or a battery charger or a 12 Volt battery. Red is positive.
