I cannot for the life of me remember the name of this video, but if I recall correctly, it's host(?) is a duck-like puppet. It's an educational tape, but I can't recall what age group. I think it was for youngsters.

Also, there was a segment where an elephant is trying to climb stairs. That bit was oddly animated.
