    Sort of a meaningless question, but yes.
    Foods are best when eaten with other foods, because nutrients depend on other nutrients to be usable.
    Foods vary a lot based on where, when, and how they are grown.
    And when you see ads for 'magic bullet' foods, ignore them. There is no such thing.
    All nuts provide different amounts of protein (when combined with food that have complementary amino acids), fiber, some vitamins, and essential oils.

    Almonds, eaten raw or toasted on their own have multiple benefits such as lowering cholesterol and are a good source of fibre.
