I think I am good at stealing and guarding but when it comes to passing,shooting,and doing layups I can't do it.I'm 12 and I'm a 4 feet and 9 inches.Do any of you know how to get better?

And a good coach... but you actually have to have a degree of natural talent to nuture. Not everyone has that. I'm naturally great at Downhill Skiing, but I suck at basketball even though I am almost 6 feet tall.

Practice, and listen to a good coach.

Look up drills on YouTube. And master dribbling with both hands. It's the easiest to do when you are your age and gets harder as you age. Learn now!
