Which version of java I have to use for using jsp servlet

Currently I have installed jdk SE 7 with eclipse luna but I am not able to use or create Dynamic project in eclipse

There is no option of Dynamic web project

I have also tried installing
Jdk SE 8
Tomcat 7
Eclipse luna & kepler

Can you please answer me regarding this ?
