How do I remove the sprayer hose from freidrich grohe faucet

Usually a push on connection is used.

Press black tabs in and pull down.

The above sink connection unscrews by hand. The one under - depends which one you have. Some are "snap in" ends and some screw in. If you can post a pic of that one, we will tell you exactly how to remove it.
