Got light bleeding then next cycle no period and 4days late. Am I pregnant?
Hi please help me with this. I have my normal/usual period last march 22 had unprotected sex on march 28. After a week or 2 I got some symptoms like breast soreness/tenderness on/off, mild cramping, back/lower back ache, hungriness or sometimes loss of apppetite, extreme tiredness like I want to sleep the whole day, and frequent urination. I tested but of course it was negative because its too early to test I know, I just tried. Then on April I am expecting my period on april19 because I have 27-29 days cycle and never been iirregular ever since but it came 4days early on April 15. First I only noticed it as spot of brown when I wipe after I wee so I thought my period was coming. But it continue as light bleeding only color brown/pink with a mix of red but not many and not period like bleeding. The next day afternoon it stopped. It continue the next day afternoon then stopped on evening then nothing follows. I thought I just had a light period on that cycle. But the tiredness, frequent urination, some dizziness, hungriness symptoms continue so I tested after the bleeding again it was negative again. So I told myself to wait for my next cycle.on May if it will arrive. Unfortunately, I expected it on May 13 but no flow or period showed. Until now I'm 4 days late but I am not still testing this May, afraid of disappointment but my question is, can I have a positive result now if I'm 4 days late? Is the light bleeding I experienced could be from implantation?? Could I still be pregnant besides of the negative tests I encountered?? Please help I need some peace of mind!! Thank you!! :'(

The spotting/light bleeding may have been due to implantation, early pregnancy, or just an off cycle. Yes, you could possibly get a positive result at this point.

You could try a test now, and if negative, wait a bit longer then test again if need be, or wait several more days to see if your period is just late this cycle, and test at that time if still no period. Tests are relatively inexpensive, so it's up to you. If you have any doubt with your test results, you can always check with your gp about having a blood test done.

If its just an off cycle, why does my period does not come on time now and why do I have such symptoms like that? I am always on time with my period that's why this is really alarming to me. I wait for one week to test I think.

It's not uncommon for a period to be off by a few days now and then... some women may be quite late, or on occasion skip a month, even if it hasn't happened before. If it's going to happen, there has to be a first time. Some of what you feel can occur during the premenstrual stage of a cycle as well as in early pregnancy... even before a missed period.

Certainly pregnancy is a possibility, however. See what happens over the next several days.

I certainly felt this on my first pregnancy. I forgot to tell that this was my second but I can't remember with the first if I had some spotting. I got those symptoms before that spotting happened and I still have them until now it's been almost a month since then. I don't know what to do this is crazy :'( but I try to retest after a week I think

This isn't something that be rushed to get an immediate answer. I don't think you're going to know what is going on until your OB appointment.
