While usually you would be considered sterile, it doesn't always work out that way after a tubal. On occasion, some women do become pregnant, although it is not common.

Cycles can be off now and then, but it won't hurt to try a pregnancy test. It would be important to know if you are pregnant as soon as you can. If it's negative, wait and see if your period shows up later or, you could see your doctor for a test there, or wait until next month and see what happens when you would expect the next period.
