    Hand
If you punch something say a wall, and you do it for while or constantly but you get no bruises even though it's hard and hurts clearly, does it still do damage? To your knuckles?

You may not notice until you are older, like me. Not from punching walls, but from doing heavy work. And I have one broken finger that just keeps getting thicker and thicker, from scar tissue. Punching a wall over and over isn't much different.
If you want to talk about frustration, do so.

We all need outlets for frustration. Good old fashioned pillow fight til the stuffing comes out, but that requires friends to laugh with when it's over, and pillows aren't cheap.
Can you hang an old pillow outside and use it as a punching bag?
When I was a kid, we had a stupid inflatable smiling clown punching bag, with heavy sand in the bottom, so it didn't tip over. I wonder if they still sell those, or are they considered 'inappropriate' for children nowadays? It made me madder and madder because it never stopped smiling.

These days you are supposed to talk feelings out! I agree, but do think a punching bag is good too.

Kezzy, its too bad you cant do something proactive to get rid of frustration, like jogging, or power walking. My outlet is jogging.

Yes, you will have long term damage to her hand from punching a wall repeatedly.
