I have recently had problems with sever lower abdominal pain. Which put me in the er, twice. In which they found a collapsed ovarian cyst. Now for the last few times I have tried to have sex with my partner I have vaginal bleeding, and I'm not due for my period for another couple weeks. I only bleed for about 10 minutes cause it stops shortly after we stop which we stop because I start bleeding.

It could be due to an infection of your cervix, polyps, endometriosis, etc. Best to avoid the sex until you can see your doctor for an examination to determine the cause and if treatment is necessary.

I will agree, a doctor will not be out of town long (and should normally have another doctor to cover his calls.

So you make an appointment with his office, for his return, no sex till then. And if additional issues, another trip to the ER if needed.
