John deer l100 won't start by switch

Will not start with switch but will run when jump hot post on starter

I have a john deer l100 mower won't start from switch but will if I jump post on star

My john deer mower will not start at switch I hook jumper bx to starter and it started . I just replaced idle pulley and after that this happened.
