    Insulation on shower pipe
I just had to open up the wall behind my shower head pipe. It's not an outside wall and has no insulation. Would it do me any good to throw some pink insulation in the wall up the length of the pipe and behind the faucet controls? It's only about 4 feet of exposed pipe. I just closed up one of the patches, but could cut the walboard back open if someone thought it would be of any value. The bathroom is on the second floor so the pipe has already travelled for some time (opposite corner of the house)

    Thank you

Not worth the time and hassle to insulate a shower raiser or even the supplys on a inside wall. Regards, Tom

Thanks Tom. I'll leave it un-insulated.
