I have a 16hp vtwin briggs and Stratton that I have fuel and spark but doesn't even try to fire . I have checked to make sure I have no bad wires that I can see rebuilt the carb new starter and all wires to starter and solenoid . Does anyone have a suggestion is there any internal wiring that may prevent it from running this is an older motor doesn't even have a low oil sensor on it .
