We have an English springer spaniel and she is only 9 months old. 3 weeks ago, she had some dark chocolate and went to the vet and then the next day she was fine. She has also only just come out of her first season and we have found some spots or warts on her eyebrow line, above both eyes. We are really worried about what they are, (they look a bit like nipples but they only popped up 4 days ago. CAN ANYONE HELP?

Always wise to have your vet take a look. I'm guessing your dog gets groomed? If so, does she go to a groomers? It can be quite common for dogs to pick up a virus that results in warts from the tools used at the groomers, so that may be one possibility.
We've dealt with that with three of our dogs.
