I have reported this to child support, and they claim it will be a hard thing to prove. I told them he has been working there for the past 13 years , and no one who works 40 or more hours a week would make that kind of money a week. They asked if he was a waiter. He is not , he manages the kitchen and cooks for the restaurant. I am having child support "review" the case, but that just depends on his answers again on paper, no proof as to what he makes. How can this be proven so that he is paying the correct amount of support that he should be? How can these men get away with lying about what they make?
