Toilette will not fill with water
My water to my house was turned off while my sprinkler system was being worked on. When the water was turned back on, my master bathroom toilette will now not fill back up with water. It is an American Standard low flow toilette and am thinking it has something to do with the water supply being cut of and then back on. Can someone give me a pointer on how to fix?

What happened when you flushed it to try it after the water was turned back on?

My guess is that some sediment got caught up in the fill valve mechanism as a result of shutting off the main line. To clear this the fill valve will need to be disassembled and cleared of sediment. Check out this easy repair at this video link:

    Hello Rvanderpol,

Mark has posted an excellent Youtube it will help you if you have a fluid master fill valve, if you have a ballcock fill valve then the fix will be a little different, see the images below and tell us which fill valve is yours, Thanks.
