My Moen soap dispenser at my kitchen sink has stopped working. It will not create a suction to allow the dishwashing soap to come out. How do I fix it?

These soap dispensers get eventually clogged with hardened soap. Remove the top, put it in hot water and clean the passages. Reinstall. You may also remove the bottle which is mounted from under neath and wash it clean. Use only thin soap.
