    Un plug pipe
I had to disconnect the hose on my washing machine from the drain pipe when it wasn't draining properly. My friend, a plumber, put a "plug" on the end of the drain pipe so water wouldn't leak out of it. I NEED 2 remove the plug so I can re-attach the washing machine hose. I cant get it off!! Is there a secret? It just spins... PLEASE HELP!!

First have you fixed the drain issue. Water should not be backing up though a washer drain. Also if it is not draining properly, then the line may be clogged at some point.

A photo of this "plug" would help, is this PVC pipe, metal or what? What is the plug made of.

And since your friend did this, have you not just called him and asked him?

You didn't say if you, or your friend have fixed the drain problem, so call that friend back, and tell him you NEED to use the washing machine.
