Hi all, I'm new to this site, but I have a question I hope someone can help me with.

We have a gas hot water system, and are getting hot water out of our Kitchen tap, but luke warm to cool water out of all the other taps.

I am at a loss. Its after hours now so will need to call a Plumber tomorrow, but in the meantime,
I Hope someone can advise.

If you let one of those "other" taps, that are now getting luke warm water, run for longer period of time - do you eventually get hot water ?

Also: Any plumbing work done in your house recently ?

Hi Milo.No they just stay warm.Im told it might be the Tempering Valve.Will try that tomorrow. Apparently the kitchen tap doesn't use the valve.Cheers,Dennis.
