I just got done with a wrestling tournament and also had football practice. I am having terrible pain in my veins on both hands. I was wondering why my hand veins hurt after playing sports?

It's not your veins my friend, but the muscles that are hurting from the exertion. You are supposed to be sore, that's natural, and will recover.
