I need answers.. I'm 32 mother of four. I have never missed a period never bleed in between periods either.never not once. My last period was feb 11 my March period was due the 12th today isMarch 27 still no period went to doctor three different times all blood came negative. I had an ultrasound when I was three days late 7I went and.had a ultrasound no sign of pregnancy but thick lining. Yesterday I went to the doctor still negative he checked my uterus through pelvic exam and said my uterus was enlarged. I feel pregnant nausea cramping headaches tired. I'm super scared

Did your doctor happen to mention anything further to check for the enlarged uterus? It may just be something he will watch. If you were to start experiencing other concerns, or continued irregularities of your period, it may be what initiates further checking to see if anything in particular is determined that may or may not need treatment.

Sooner or later, your cycle will be off... it may be that a period is late, or a month is skipped, it could be heavier bleeding and/or a period lasting longer than what you are used to, it could be spotting or bleeding between periods, etc.. Even if it hasn't happened before, there will be a first time. It could then continue to be off now and then, or get back to normal... only to be off again at some point in the future. There can be a number of possible reasons for changes in cycles, some concerning, the vast majority just part of hormone shifts... obviously pregnancy being a major cause for hormone shifts.

Easier said than done, but try not to worry too much since your doctor doesn't appear too concerned. At this point it sounds as though it is a wait and see situation.
