    Why do I feel a pulling and tugging sensation in my uterus and pelvic soreness
    For the past four days I have been feeling soreness in my pelvic bones and a pulling tugging sensation in my uterus. I am worried and not sure what could be happening. Please help

    Regardless you should probably see your doctor or OB about this. It could be a number of things from something serious to something benign.
