    Depo Provera Problems
    Hi,
I was on the depo provera shot for five years. January of 2006 was the last time I received a shot. It wasn't until this past November that I finally got my period again, however, I have now had my period for five months straight, with a break every now and then of about two days. I don't know if this is something experienced by other people who have been on the depo, but I have been reading about the problems that people have had since being on the depo shot, the majority of which were only on it for less than a year. Being that I was on it for five years really scares me. I've had the migraines, the dizziness, lack of energy and libido, chronic sinus infections, etc. If there is anyone that can help me understand what is going on PLEASE write me back. I would like to have some kind of an idea of what is happening before entering a doctor's office with absolutely no idea. I'm kind of desperate!! Thanks

    Kelly

Kelly you need to see your dr and explain what's happening, I had the shot for over 9 years but after a few months my period returned as normal but I was un able to conceive for a year after that.
True depo does have some really awfull side effects and it certaily effects many in all kinds of ways it really is quite the drug of evil but it does a good job at protecting us from the enevetable its when we decide we want baby's that the trouble starts.
