    Very odd issue
Hi, I recently installed a glacier bay 7032E-B6101 in my bathroom amd the instructions say to remove the aerator to test for any leaks. While the aerator is removed there is a uneven spray from the faucet that causes water to leak down the middle hole that the lift rod comes through. I reattached the aerator and there is no issues with the water flow or leakage. Is this normal?

Remove the aerator to test for leaks or to clean out any particles? No reason that an aerator would cause a leak.

Removing the aerator to flush the system of any air and debri from turning the water supply off and then back on after installation is normal, as is the spitting, and water spraying.

Looked good after you replaced the aerator with no leaks so GOOD JOB.

Yes, it is normal. There is a cavity between body of the faucet and the chrome outer part. When you remove aerator, water will spray into that cavity and down under the sink.

Usually, this is the way less expensive faucets are built
