    Outlet trouble
I just moved to a 2 floor condo. I used a blow dryer on the upstair bathroom when I lost power on the outlet. I changed the Circuit outlet downstairs and I was able to fix the problem, but when I went to use the uotlet upstairs it happen again. I went and I changed once again the circuit out as well the one upstair but nothing. I did run the test divide and I get low power on the outlet. I tried the tester on the hotwire and the white wir and I get a very dimmed light, but when I tried the hot wire with the ground wire (naked copper wire) I get a good light. Please help me to resolve this issue.

There sounds like a loose connection on the neutral, white, wire either at the that outlet or in the circuit someplace. Need to check each outlet and junction box in the circuit between the outlet and the panel.
